* Hardware repairs and upgrades are billed at the $60 hour rate. This does not include parts or reloading Windows and may require your PC to be taken off site.

A COA is not a software license – it is a visual identifier that assists in determining whether or not the Microsoft software you are running is genuine. However, without it, you will not have a legal license to run Microsoft software.
* Please bring all CD/DVDs that belong to computer upon arrival. Most computers either came with operating system, application, and driver disk. In the event we have to reinstall OS, all data will be lost unless it’s backed up.
